Claire Cronin
Claire founded Cronin Partners Executive Search in 2003 after a career in marketing and management consulting. Her career began in advertising and PR both on the client side in fashion retail and the agency side with Ogilvy & Mather PR and Brian Cronin & Associates Advertising, then Ireland’s sixth largest ad agency.
Claire worked in the United States in advertising in the 1980’s and later in the 1990’s as a management consultant in Monitor Company (now Monitor Deloitte) in New York before progressing to Vice President of Enterprise I.G, a leading corporate identity consulting firm, owned by WPP plc. She was founder and Chairman of Ebid Limited, Ireland’s first online auction site, before forming Cronin Partners Executive Search in 2003.
Claire is a former member of the Harvard Business School European Leadership Council and a former Vice President on the Harvard Business School Alumni Board of Directors where she earned her MBA. Claire is also a former Trustee of Holy Child School in Killiney, co-founder of the Oesophageal Cancer Fund and former non-executive Director of the Ireland Fund.

Catherine O'Sullivan
Catherine comes from a successful career in Senior Management roles. Having completed her BComm at UCD, Catherine joined Investment Bank of Ireland and worked with IBI in Ireland and the UK. Catherine is a former Managing Director of First American, a subsidiary of IFG Group plc. First American introduced Title Insurance to the Irish market and was a major player in the provision of legal services for mortgage transactions. She was subsequently Managing Director for the Irish branch of London & European, a UK title insurance company.
Catherine’s Managing Director roles, ensure that she understands commercial business needs, across all disciplines.
Catherine has worked on searches in a wide range industries including healthcare, media, retail, technology, eCommerce, telecommunications and non-profit sectors.
Catherine is an accredited Executive and Leadership Coach.

Conor Jones
Conor joined Cronin Partners from a background in logistics, marketing, IT and general management both as a practitioner and as a business consultant. He brings hands on experience having started and managed two businesses.
After earning his BComm and MBS (Marketing) at UCD, Conor started his career as a graduate management trainee with UK based Unigate plc, after which he spent a number of years in The Netherlands leading process re-engineering assignments in the logistics sector with Ebrex and TCD International. Back in Dublin, Conor was Head of Operations at Allegro Group, Ireland’s leading grocery distributor.
Conor was co-founder and CEO of eBid, Ireland’s first online auction site after which he founded Manna/DF Foodservice, a corporate food service enterprise, sold to Donnybrook Fair in 2012.

Gay Jones
Gay joined Cronin Partners in 2009 as Office Manager, bringing to the role research, organisational and general management skills. Prior to executive search, Gay spent over a decade in the hospitality industry where she was Sales Manager of the Doyle Hotel Group and Sales Manager of the Merrion Hotel which she joined prior to its successful launch in the Irish market. Gay’s particular focus and interest was on the corporate market and while with the Doyle Hotel Group, she opened and managed a sales and reservations centre for the company in North America, based in Washington DC.
Gay now manages all the back office operations at Cronin Partners.
