Fionnán O' Sullivan

Fionnán, a UCC alumnus with a BA in Economics and a Master's in Innovation, brings extensive experience in the areas of financial services, HR, talent advisory, leadership development, consulting and executive search. A fellow of the ERF, his entrepreneurial skills lie in founding human capital consultancies, most notable with Oliver Mall that subsequently merged with another practice where Fionnán sat as Managing Partner. Fionnán focuses on C-suite and director-level mandates across all industries as well as board-appointments. Fionnán is also a certified coach and qualified in leadership development facilitation, underscoring his holistic approach to talent advisory.
